Classes

If you haven't tried INDOOR CYCLING yet, now is the time!

 

We LOVE to cycle at Body & Soul. Our classes are high-energy, filled with great music led by knowledgeable instructors who love their craft.  



Follow along with your instructor, or cycle at your own pace ~ either way, you will be burning fat and calories in a fun and exciting way!

We offer a variety of YOGA classes to meet the needs of every Yogi - despite their developmental level.  

Our approach respects and embraces the traditions of yoga, while remaining fun and with the purpose of helping you be healthy, centered and in control of your particular fitness style. 

 

Our Yoga Instructors are dedicated to leading you in the practice that fits your needs.  Body & Soul's classes are welcoming and can be adjusted to fit any level of yoga readiness.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
 
30/30             

The best of both worlds! Spend 30 minutes cycling and 30 minutes toning and building your core with light weights.

 

 

Cycling

This high-energy, 60 minute indoor cycling class will have you jamming to music and burning calories and fat!

At your own pace or follow instructor
  

 

                

Power Flow  

This 70-90 minute class is held in a warm room where you will be practicing body and breath movements, salutations, and a variety of poses.
                  

 
 
Ashtanga 

90 minutes focus on the 8 Limbs powerful style of yoga that uses every muscle in the body and creates heat (Tapas) that combined with the postures purifies the body.
                  

Yoga Basic

70-90 minute yoga class focusing on alignment and basic yoga poses. Great for Yogis of all levels, ages and interests.



Deep Stretch

For 70 minutes, participate in this class which concentrates on breath and body, holding poses, and lengthening.

 

IFT (Interval Fit & Tone)

60 minutes of cardio and light cross training using weights.
